Update: I encountered an issue with my vehicle 3 months after purchase. I reached out to Matt Laken who was so responsive and went above and beyond to remediate the problem. I’m very impressed!
Appointment booked for 8.00 came in told us that it was a booking time not an actual appointment time ? We does this nonsense , it’s 10.30 now and not likely due closer to noon ? Terrible unhappy. Just tell the customer the truth , we drove 45 mins in , had to go back home and still waiting .!!!

Bought a used truck for way more than I should have willing to pay more for it being certified and able to drive off the lot. Took it to my mechanic and the oil was barely even touching the dipstick, a hose clamp was hand tight, and the air filter had a literal mouse nest inside it! You'd think they would at least have a cursory glance at the vehicles they're selling. Apparently not.

I picked up my new 2025 Chevy Trax on November 1st, prior to the dealership changing hands. Sean Burke was friendly and professional, having a vehicle ready for a test drive, key vehicle points, communicating with my insurance company, keeping me updated throughout the short process, pick up of my new vehicle and thoroughly going over the features.
