Unfortunately shortly after I received a call from Tom from a survey I completed and that I felt I answered correctly. He was not happy with the results and left me in tears. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and never have I had someone make me feel the way I did . I was a long time customer but I will no longer be a customer of Taylor’s.
