Had an appointment for a oil change at 10 am. When I showed up I informed the rep I had an 11:30 am appointment. At 11:15 am I went to check how they we're doing, and was told the car wasn't even started to be worked on. Not happy customer.

We had never the occasion to deal with Taylor Automall until looking on the internet brought us to the Certified Pre Owned division for a 2022 Venza. Reaching out got us in touch with Mike Haslam who went out of his to accommodate a meeting and ultimately a test drive. Now you can say, “well that’s what a salesman is supposed to do!” Correct but Mike made us feel comfortable and at ease with this major cost exercise! We had all the time we needed to evaluate the vehicle. Mike then answered all questions, walked us through the process and asked us what we would like to do? Agreeing to purchase, we then sat down and in a relaxed environment signed the paperwork that got open issues resolved, the car delivered 80 kms away, clean and sparkling with a full tank of fuel. Delivery by Richard and his co-driver was what felt like a neighborly exchange. This is the way the majority of businesses conducted themselves 40 years ago. So nice to find the Taylor Automall Certified Pre Owned folks still offer that great service.
